Cancellation Policy

1. Enrolment and Payment A completed registration form and full payment (or deposit, if applicable) are required to secure your place on the course. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be received no later than [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days before the course start date]. 2. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than [3 days] before the course start date will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations made within [2 days] of the start date are non-refundable, as your place cannot easily be resold. If the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course. No refunds will be given for non-attendance or missed sessions. 3. Course Conduct and Participation Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, other attendees, and the venue. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund. Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of each session. 4. Equipment and Property Participants are responsible for their own camera equipment and personal belongings at all times. The course instructor or venue accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Any equipment provided by the course or studio must be handled with care. Participants will be held responsible for any damage caused to the studio, facilities, or provided equipment, and may be charged for repair or replacement at full cost. 5. Safety and Liability Participants must follow all health and safety instructions provided during the course. Use of lighting equipment and electrical devices must be supervised by the instructor. The course organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during attendance, except where caused by negligence. 6. Photography Usage and Permissions During the course, photos may be taken for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any course-related media, please notify the instructor in advance. Participants retain full copyright of the images they personally capture. 7. Course Materials Any materials, notes, or handouts provided are for personal educational use only and must not be reproduced, shared, or sold without permission. 8. Agreement By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
